We appreciate Mike and Lenore Hamilton of Blackwing Labradors for allowing Jake to come live with us. From the time we got him at nine weeks old he has been a joy to have in our kennel. Often we jokingly describe him as a "lapador" rather than a labrador. |

| He likes to be rubbed, held, touched, petted...he enjoys any kind of physical contact and attention. His disposition is superb and mellow. During our initial vet inspection after he had flown in from Arkansas, the vet told us there was only one thing wrong with him. "He lives at your house instead of my house." |

| Jake has a strong top line. His otter tail is good. Shoulders, angles, neck, chest are great. He has too many good qualities to list them all. | |
 Jake recently participated in four United Kennel Club shows and won Best of Breed twice. | |
